If there was ever proof of why you should chose a locally experienced real estate agent, my experience with the sale of a water access lot on Hances Point was it. I figured the lot whch didn't perc would languish on the market for months. In fact Julie sold it at near asking before it even listed. Julie was my realtor when I bought my first house in 2018 and again when I sold my house in 2023. She was professional, highly responsive, friendly, and an expert resource for us to rely on both times. She guided us through all phases of purchasing and selling, including recommending and introducing us to our mortgage loan officer. When we sold the house she explained the market conditions and what they meant for us, advised us on staging, and brought in a wonderful photographer. When it was time to list the house she suggested that we set a price that would draw in multiple segments of home buyers. With her guidance our house sold after the first day of viewings for a significant profit.

Our experience with Julie couldn't have been better! She not only helped us find our new home in Pennsylvania but also referred us to a great team in New Jersey to help us sell our previous home.

We had quite the experience selling our home none of which was due to Julie. She was available to us always. We put our house on the market at the end of January and it was sold by the first week of February. That’s the good news. We were moving out of state and proceeded to set up the moving company and an auctioneer who was to take the leftover furniture. We were all but packed up and along came Covid-19. We were frazzled because we were not sure if we could get thru settlement when they started closing up businesses. First the auctioneer couldn’t pick up the furniture and then the title company closed the day before we were scheduled to sign the papers. Not to worry. The mover was still coming. All we wanted to do was get to our new home 1100 miles away. Should we move? Could we even move? Julie was awesome holding our hands. She talked us off a ledge several times. Despite all of the stress everything went off as planned and settlement happened a few day early. We were grateful for everything Julie did for us. She was understanding and compassionate. She knew how much we wanted to leave and she did everything she could to keep the process moving and on track. It was a very trying move, but here we are quarantined in our new home.

If you don’t choose Julie Strickler as your realtor, you haven’t chosen the best! As soon as I met Julie, she put me at ease & made me comfortable with my decision to put my house on the market. She suggested two minor (inexpensive) repairs to get the house ready to list it. She even helped me find a contractor to make the repairs. She provided advise to get everything perfect for showings. After I read the listing, if I were not the owner of the house, I would have wanted to buy it!! But the results speak for themselves - the house sold in ONE day @ full price!!!!!
