Julie helped us purchase our dream vacation home. She weeded through the properties that would have wasted our time and made sure to only show us properties that met our needs. When it came to pricing negotiations she was able to get us under asking price! She didn’t stop there, during the inspection process she stayed on top of the seller to make sure every item was repaired and our closing was smooth and seamless.

I can’t say enough about Julie Taylorson from Remax. She listened to what we wanted in a forever home and found it! It was a great house with much interest, but with Julie’s great negotiating skills and general knowledge of real estate, we secured a contract. She then sold our current house for top dollar within 24 hours!
We now consider her our family realtor as she has since assisted in the buying and selling of my children’s homes. I will continue to recommend her to anyone needing or selling a home.
