Julie Warzecka

Julie Warzecka has been a real estate agent since 2009 and is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Previously, she spent ten years in the home improvement business where her love of homes began.

She grew up in West Springfield and raised her children in Agawam. Julie served on the Realtor Association Board of Directors as well as several of the board committees. She’s earned multiple President’s Awards for top sales and participation in the association.

Julie is e-PRO® Certified through the National Association of Realtors and regularly attends training and workshops allowing her to stay educated on the most up-to-date and relevant real estate trends.

Julie’s specialties include working with sellers, buyers and investors in Hampden, Hampshire and Hartford counties. She is a homeowner and an investor and brings a great deal of knowledge to her clients to help them achieve success with their real estate needs.
