Julie Woulfe

Julie Woulfe loves her job here at the beach! When working with Buyers, she loves the research involved and the discovery process of awesome homes at a good value. When working with Sellers, she loves bringing creativity to a listing by understanding the history and the details of the home. Julie’s professional background in retirement planning and financial services gives her the technology and research experience needed to help the buyer and the seller achieve their real estate goals.

Before her real estate career, Julie worked as a retirement plan consultant, specializing in 401(k) plans, for over twenty years. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Institute for Paralegal Training and currently belongs to the Coastal Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Her community activities revolve around racquet sports, as she plays tennis, pickleball, platform tennis, and ping pong. She is also the co-founder of the Pickleball Club in Ocean Pines and serves on the Club's board of directors as the secretary, webmaster, and membership coordinator. Additionally, Julie volunteers her time as a pickleball instructor to Delmarva area residents and visitors.
