Julie has been helping clients buy and sell land in the Triangle area for 40 years. She got her start helping farmers subdivide small parcels in what was rural Wake County and is now known as "North Raleigh." Her areas of expertise include Wake, Durham, Granville, Franklin, Vance, Harnett, Nash, and Chatham counties.
Julie is a farm girl from southeastern Minnesota, but has called Raleigh home for more than 40 years. She hates cold weather and never visits Minnesota in the winter! She is an active member of Rotary International and has helped them with several projects in Nicaraugua, including construction of libraries and schools.
When not at work, Julie is a favorite playmate of her 7 grandchildren. A very versatile grandmother, Julie also specializes in wrestling, softball and basketball, tennis, ice skating, rock skipping, and frog catching!
Having been referred to as "Mother Nature", "The Green Queen", "Land Momma", and so on...rumor has that Julie has sold several times the water front property where God parted the Red Sea for Moses and the Isrealites to cross! All kidding aside, Julie is particularly focused on helping clients find the right piece of land or the right use for their land. The details in assisting clients from soil and topography challenges, to access and zoning details, to tax and estate issues, Julie's expertise is critical when looking at all options.
