Juliette works harder than any other realtor! Not only working hard to get my home under contract in just 4 days - for far more than I thought that I would ever get, Juliette really showed her colors when we were faced with a buyer's agent that practically went missing during the process. When the buyer's mortgage company continued needing more time to approve, telling they were short-handed, Juliette tracked the responsible party's manager down (750 miles away) and bang. It was done. Juliette was there helping me stage my home, performed 2 open houses within 3 days, negotiated for a fantastic offer, did more for the buyer than his own agent! and was there with bells on at the closing. I am likely considered by most as hard to impress - well I am highly impressed and I highly recommend Juliette.

I have worked with Juliette not once but twice. She found us our first home six years ago. When we went to look at the property we didn’t think we were going to get it because there were multiple offers but Juliette got the job done. We moved in to our dream home. She was very professional and always answered my calls day or night. 6 years later we wanted to find a townhouse with no shoveling or yard work so we called Juliette once again and put the house on the market. Let me tell you this not only did she sell it in a day but $40.000 over asking price. She is a tiger. She then went and found us a beautiful new townhouse. Juliette is a pleasure to work with.
