As a leader in the Hispanic community, Julio is the co-founder of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Ventura Chapter, and served as its Director for four years. In 2007. Julio was hired as an REO agent to represent three major banks, Wells Fargo, CHASE, and Bank of America, in the sale of foreclosure properties. He was invited to represent the banks in court as an expert witness in real estate. He is currently registered as a BPO (Buyer Price Opinion) with 25 asset companies, including CoreLogic REO/BPO, PROTECH, Connect, LREST, Valuation Services, and RES.NET, where he averages eight BPO assignments per week.
