Julio Madera

Julio Madera comes from a real estate family. Managing his father's diverse portfolio proved to be an invaluable experience. He knows what drives profitability and can effectively manage an asset's cash flow, cap ex, net operating income, replacement costs, rent rolls; and follows a strict and diligent process for conducting market and property reconnaissance. In 2006, he assisted a group of investors in successfully converting a 420-unit condo conversion at St Andrew's Estates.

This experience, combined with an understanding of the cost of materials, time, labor, the financial markets, and their interrelationships, sets him apart from other industry professionals. He enjoys spending his free time playing chess, exercising, reading the Bible, and cooking for his family. It is with great pleasure that he serves.
