Julio Navarro is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in Commercial Real Estate in Miami’s Urban Core. Julio Navarro joined Smith Commercial Property Group to follow his passion for Real Estate after almost two decades of experience in IT consulting and sales. As a prior business owner of his own IT consulting firm, Julio understands client needs in the commercial space. He has a track record of building strong partnerships and creating maximum value for each client’s experience. His ability to fluently speak both English and Spanish furthers his ability to find the best deals for his clients in this Miami community.
Born and raised in Cuba, Julio moved with his family to the New York City area where he discovered his appreciation of the diversity and potential of urban landscapes. In addition to being a dedicated father to his two young children, Julio is an active volunteer in his children’s school and enjoys cycling and other outdoor activities. A Miami resident since 2003, Julio is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys showing clients the best Miami has to offer.
