Julio took the time to listen and understood what I wanted to purchase. Throughout the purchase process he listened to my input and was always looking out for my best interest. He was patient and demonstrated commitment to my best interest when it came to finding a lender for the best interest rate, submitting the purchase price offer, and ensured the title settlement company was charging me reasonable fees.

I just sold my primary residence with Julio, Sold for above asking price and closed on time . I have also purchased other homes and i must say that they all closed in a seamless manner.
