My mother recently passed, myself and my siblings made a hard decision to sell her house, whichever she lived in for over 60 years and we all grew up in. We hired Julio to be our realtor due to his excellent repetition. Julio was very professional, informative and kind every step of the process. Made the selling of the house less painful. He would keep us informed on everything. The house was old and needed a lot of work but Julio got it sold as is in about a week.

There are really not enough amazing things that I can say about Julio Orozco and his team, particularly Ernesto Rodriguez. When we moved to Morgan Hill three and 1/2 years ago, Julio and Ernesto helped us find our dream house and were always a step ahead, making sure that our offer was competitive and that we could secure the house we wanted. Recently, we moved to San Diego, and it was obvious that we were going to use Julio and Ernesto again, this time to help sell our house. They made it so easy--from preparation to staging to photos to open houses. They did all the work and made sure that we got the best possible price for our house. We were able to sell over our asking price, largely because of all the time and effort Julio and Ernesto put in. We are so grateful to them, and if we could transport them with us everywhere, we would. I wish all agents could be as capable, honest, responsive and caring as Julio and Ernesto. Julio, took it his own hands to touch up the house where needed and beautify any areas that could give more potential and increase house value. He staged our patio, got a painter to touch up the walls, added special pieces to our house and made it look 100% better. Not only that but he hired professionals to photograph and make a dynamic mini promotion of our home to share in social media. He left us with our jaws on the floor! What can I say other than our house was on the market for one day and we got multiple offers. Sure other houses sell that fast however, Julio was able to create the foot traffic and interest during the county Shelter in Place via his marketing strategy.
