Julissa Zimmerman is a professional real estate advisor, assisting sellers and buyers in some of the most significant transactions of their lives. Julissa was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She proudly states that she has "been immersed in some sort of real estate my entire life," as she grew up assisting her parents with their house in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 22, Julissa instinctively pursued her real estate license in New York renting different size apartments in Brooklyn NY, and now in New Jersey.

In 2016, after numerous weekend trips to Bergen County New Jersey, Julissa, alongside her spouse Nathanael and their three children (Ryan, Alan, and Isabelle), decided to embrace it as their permanent home. Hailing from not only the largest city in America but also one of the most demanding real estate markets in the world, Julissa possesses a profound understanding of what it takes to successfully close a deal. She affirms, "I have been involved in every kind of transaction, ranging from renting a small studio apartment in The Bronx to selling a medium-sized apartment building in Brooklyn, and everything in between. This means that no challenge intimidates me, and I am always prepared to confront any issue with composure and find a solution.
