Very responsible..Excellent skills.. Since he started to list my property, he showed me all the needed steps to move forward, vacant the property, advised me to clean, paint, and even replace the table top in order to make the property even more nicely. so personally help me to arrange all the needed repair for the plumbing. He is also reliable for communicate with all the buyer agents to see that we can have a contract, also generate the leads for over 4 months. Once the offer was accepted, his negotiation skills with buyer agent was also impressive too. after the inspection was done, he started to negotiate with buyer agent about how much they can get the credit, and we can move forward with deal smoothly. From the beginning, I thought the deal wouldn't be closed as easy as I thought, but he made it happen. I really recommend Jun. and thankful for his service. He is also very knowledgeable too, about every needed forms to be disclosed, showed me all the details, and explained to me well understand and clearly.
Example, when we found out the the property has the plumbing problems, he immediately called the plumber over and worked with him personally till late night at 11o'clock, also helped me to get quotes, and so forth. He did help me to order and replaced the table top himself, also call the painter over the paint the wall, so make the house clean and clear.

Overall, I am very happy about the service Jun provide, and I give Jun my highly recommendation.

Jun Huang was our real estate agent from August of 2021 to June of 2022. Mr. Huang was consistently helpful and professional. He enabled us to look at multiple properties, and was always willing to meet with us on weekends. After several of our bids were turned down and we became disheartened, Mr. Huang encouraged us to hang in there. We're glad we took his advice. In early June, one of our bids was finally accepted. We were thrilled. Without Jun Huang's help and motivation, we'd still be searching for a house to this day.
