From the start June was a pleasure to work with. June came into our lives at a time when the original realtor we were assigned to simply did not meet our expectations. They lacked in professionalism and failed at sending us listings. We noticed an immediate change with June. June was so patient with us as we searched for a home almost every weekend for a month up until we finally found the right one. June offered sound advice when needed and was very detail oriented. What I appreciated the most was June provided printouts of each home we visited making it easier to take notes as we searched for our dream home. Always communicating with us and keeping us informed along every step of the way. The level of customer service June provides is way beyond anything I have encountered in a very long time. Her attention to details, and the following up on inspections, paperwork, appointments, I could not have gotten through buying 1 and selling 2 homes with any other realtor.

My daughter & son in law recommended June after she helped them find the home of their dreams. I gave June a very specific and difficult list of requirements in finding our new home. When that property was found and we knew we wanted it she pulled out all her best kept secrets to give us the best chance of getting the house. And in this market, getting the 1st house you put an offer on I'm told is very rare. She went above and beyond from the moment we were under contract until months after the sale was complete. She continued to follow up and make sure work got done that was to be completed after settlement.

June also handled the sale of both mine and my mother's homes. Getting top dollar for both homes. Even working out of the area handling the sale of my home at the shore. When going over offers we received, she was very careful to explain all the details and helped us pick the best offers.

You could not find a better realtor.

I can’t express enough how amazing June is! She has an amazing personality and very friendly. We relocated from out of state and June knew how important is was for us to see houses when I was in town. She made sure she was available for us when needed. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions….and I had a lot of them! She is an agent who cares about her clients will fight for them! We will work with her in the future if I ever need to sell our new home and/or buy a new one!

From the moment I met with June, I knew I wanted to work with her. I found her to be sincere, honest, and fair, and really listened to what I needed from a realtor. She was also witty yet remained professional with a refreshing sense of attention to detail.
