There isn’t enough stars to rate my experience that I had with Juntyna Goodrum she was the most amazing realtor I have had in my experiences in buy a house!!!(3rd)
I believe the rest of the realtors need to take lessons from her cause she was polite, helpful and definitely very well prepared and very good in her explanation of what to expect and time frame of how everything was going to work, and she went well beyond the normal to make it happen!!!
She also is still willing to help after the sale is over with as well!!!

She was WONDERFUL she showed us the properties we requested in a timely fashion she put our offers in quickly and kept us informed of our statuses throughout the process. Juntyna will make your home buying process seamless and enjoyable. I was originally engaged with a friend of my sisters who is a realtor. When my current home popped up on the market that realtor told me she didn’t have time for me! Juntyna that day, got us an appointment to go see the home! This was extremely important because of the market today. The sellers realtor called Juntyna before we were able to see it and said an offer has already come in and they need mine ASAP. Back and forth after that initial offer was really nerve wrecking. Juntyn’s helped me in deciding what else to counter offer. The other bidder was a rental company and offered all cash on top
Of other things I couldn’t offer. I am absolutely sure the reason the sellers went with me was because of Juntyna’s magic! She and her team of women from the mortgage broker to insurance to the title person handled me with care and kindness. Her team is responsive, professional, fun and handled this new home buyer with the utmost care! You cannot go wrong with Juntyna! She makes buying a home a wonderful experience!

Let me tell you about JGood.I sat and watched her Facebook page of how she helped people and giv out daily tips for becoming a homeowner. I messaged her and she promptly responded. Every since she has felt like an old friend. This young lady is one of the most honest and pure people I have ever met. She is very attentive, she listened and heard my needs when others just kept telling me what I couldn't have. The first broker we dealt with seemed to dismiss me, but JGood intervened and let me know that she had someone that would take care of me as she would. That is exactly what happened.
