We had a great experience with Justin and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He worked with us to find our dream house as a rental and provided us with advice/recommendations based on what we told him we wanted. He has many connections to realtors/property managers within the community and he was able to call them on our behalf to help us get the rental we wanted. We also did not have the opportunity to come view the house before moving, but Justin provided us with detailed information about the area and was able to get us a video walk through of the house. He truly went above and beyond for us, especially when we were just looking for a rental. We’ve come to trust him and will be using him for future home needs in the area. We’ve recommended him to several friends and they’ve all hand wonderful experiences as well.

Justin helped us buy our 3rd home under a very intense market while we were located out of state. He made himself available when I booked a flight last minute on Memorial Day weekend to see homes in the area. He is one of the most accommodating real estate agents I’ve worked with. He listened to what was important to me regarding schools, my husbands commute and my style of home and then when I changed my mind about the desired location he adapted quickly. Justin really took the time to explain the whole process to me and continuously sent updates and recommendations before listing, during and while under contract. He always answered my questions promptly and was very good about letting me know all possibilities when something came up. He worked closely with all outside companies I needed to hire and really made this process as easy on me as possible. Justin was more than accommodating during my home search. As a first time home buyer PCSing from Guam, he guided me through each step of the home buying process and was great at accommodating the drastic time difference. When an issue arose with my lender the week before closing, he went above and beyond to procure a final insurance document which single-handedly allowed me to close on time.
