I was recently in the market in 2021 to purchase rental properties in South Florida. Justin worked with me to put together a plan to find properties, make offers and negotiate pricing. His communication throughout the process was first rate and what you would expect. He knowledge of the real estate market was spot on. I felt Justin to be incredibly honest with my best interests in mind. I will continue to use Justin and promote his work in the future. It is very hard to find a realtor that you can trust, you have that will Justin and his team, they check all the boxes.

Justin is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He helped me review and better understand the inspection and disclosure reports for a house that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. He quickly identified areas of concern within the report. As a first time home buyer, I found his knowledge, insight and responsiveness to be extremely helpful. He is much better than the other real estate agents that I have dealt with.

Justin is outstanding as a realtor, advisor and true friend. Though he’s available to talk as needed, we conduct most of our business very quickly over text - which makes things so easy and keeps progress moving along.

We have asked questions about every aspect of purchasing, negotiating, and even best practices to become a successful landlord. Justin answers questions in a timely manner and even thinks through it and send additional info later on!

Being a few states away, we have still felt completely in control of the transaction because of Justin’s attention to detail, excellent communication, and his ability to see around the curve and alert us to what’s next.

I can't speak highly enough about Justin! He was with me every step of the way and became friends along the way. We met at an open house and he instantly won me over with his obvious trustworthiness and market knowledge. I wanted to work with him based on that meeting alone, but he insisted I look him up first. Justin Benz has been a Godsend to us. My wife and I are living in WA State and relocating to Florida by the end of the years. I had tried several realtors in Florida at the beginning of our home buying process, we were not pleased and thought we will be struggling for awhile until we met Justin. From the get go, we liked Justin right away with his easy going personality. As we worked together in finding our home in Florida, Justin just made it easy for us especially buying sight unseen in our case. Everything from timely communications to strategizing our offers to closing, Justin had been there for us every step of the way. We became friends after we got to know each others. I could not recommend Justin more to anyone in need of a top notch professional realtor, my emphasis is on the word professional because Justin is the embodiment of the word. Not every realtor is same.
