Andrew did an outstanding job as our realtor. As first-time buyers, we had many questions and needed a lot of guidance. Andrew was able to really lay things out for us in the simplest of terms, was highly communicative, and had our backs through the entire process. He drove us around to over eight houses in a day and consistently sent us properties he thought we would be interested in. He listened to our needs and had an understanding of each area we looked in. He is an expert in the field and also has background in home insurance which is a huge plus! When it came time for negotiations Andrew fought hard (yet fairly) for us. Sam was great to work with. He has the local knowledge that an out of towner like me would not know (i.e. desolate areas, rough neighborhoods you won’t walk at night, etc.). He tried to work as much as possible around my schedule even touring what could possibly be close to 30 or 40 apartments/houses in one day. I never heard him complain. He is even-keeled and always professional.

As a first time homebuyer, he and his team guided me throughout the intricate buying process. I asked a million questions, and he patiently answered all of them. Even with a post-closing issue, he went above and beyond to help out.

I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who is apartment/house-hunting in PA.

What to say about Gregory Augustine and his team? FABULOUS!

Gregory's knowledge of interior design is brought to the forefront when selling a well appointed home. He's curious about the details and is able to walk with confidence through spaces to highlight all the great assets my condo had to offer.

Here's the important part.....he's the one doing the open houses!!! My former agent would send new agents who had done no research prior to rolling out of bed to show up on the weekend. They dialed it in. Not Gregory! He walked every buyer through from the get go- he SOLD my property through his knowledge, his salesman finesse and knowing what people want.

After Gregory was finished working his magic, his team of professionals made everything smooth for me. I was dealing with an illness, and his team understood this and made sure I was taken care of and followed up with on a regular basis.

Brittany is exceedingly knowledgeable about the Philadelphia-area housing market and its idiosyncrasies. He guided us every step of the way, quickly and thoroughly answered our MANY questions, and gave great advice on comps/ pricing/ staging/ advertising/ etc. that helped us to quickly sell our home. He even stopped by our house to check on our movers' progress since we were unable to be there in person, and represented me at closing. She was very helpful and easy to work with and helped out with some of the tasks and other duties that needed to be done in order to get the unit ready for sale. Brittany made the homebuying process so easy. She was able to help us navigate the process of touring and selecting homes, and she continued to guide us through the application, inspection, and closing processes that were totally new to us as first-time buyers. We really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about every step of the process, and she really went above and beyond in helping us buy and close on a house from the other side of the country. I was recommended to Justin through a family member that had previously used him. He was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process. Our search was wide ranging from fixer uppers to new houses. He had intimate/first hand knowledge on all parts of our search ranging from costs for renovation to the feel of a given neighborhood. Real Estate agents are obviously paid based on transactions, and benefit when people buy, probably the best part about working with Justin was that he was happy to give us his honest opinion. After we closed on the house, Justin and his team walked us through the process. We visited the house countless times, brought in a range of inspectors, and had a difficult negotiation regarding the roof. Justin was always willing to work, even when our requests seemed excessive. We love our new house and are very thankful of the work Justin and his team did.
