My family and I moved from out of state with a goal to buy a property in New Mexico. We were lucky enough to get Justin Carson and the Coldwell Banker Legacy as our real estate team. Justin was a #1 fit for my family and I. With a crazy housing market, it took us more than a year to find the house of our dreams, and Justin was patient and encouraging the whole way through. Searching for a house is full of ups and downs, with bidding wars and finance questioning, however Justin stayed professional and motivating throughout the year long process. The only advice I can give to a new home buyer is to never give up and get Justin Carson with Coldwell Banker Legacy as your agent.

Justin was extremely helpful with our home purchase. We did not understand a lot of the process and he took the time to explain things to us that we understandable. He was very professional and was always available for any questions we had.
