07/16/2016 - dealproperties1 Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $225K in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Justin was amazing! My husband works out of state and I was responsible for finding us a home. As a first time home buyer without having my spouse to help, I had no clue. Justin was extremely patient with me, explained every part of the process and ultimately helped us close on a home. I just explained what we were looking for and he was able to find the perfect house. The house we bought was only on the market for two hours when Justin called me to tell me about it! He was very knowledgable of the market and quick to show us new listings that met our criteria. He would video homes to send to my spouse and even coordinated a POA for me to sign for my husband. He was not just trying to sell us a house for a commission. Before being a Realtor, he was a property insurance adjuster. He would notice potential issues on a house that not even the inspector noticed and made sure I weighed the pros and cons. He was also able to negotiate the price to where we were well below what we told him was our best and final offer! Justin is actually still helping me even after our closing and still answers every question I have (homestead applications, contractors, home insurance). Realtor for life!

Justin is the best agent anyone could ask for. We were planning on moving to the Destin area and needed an agent. We could not be happier with our choice. Justin worked with us for a year and a half to find the perfect home to live in and a condo as an investment property. Justin spent hours showing us homes and condos. He was always available and willing to meet with us. Justin is someone you could trust. He was always upfront and always had our best interest at heart. We were so pleased with Justin we did recommend him to a family member who has also purchased a condo through him. Justin is more then an agent he has become a friend.
