Justin Cook is a Gilbert, Arizona REALTOR® and licensed real estate broker with 25+ years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. A lifelong Phoenix-area native, Justin ranks among the top 1% of REALTORS® in Arizona and nationwide and has personally sold more than 1,300 homes totaling over $400 million in career real estate sales. Justin graduated with honors from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Real Estate and later earned his Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license. His specialties include listing homes, buyer representation, luxury real estate, move-up buyers, relocation to Arizona, probate and first-time home buyers. He serves clients throughout Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix, with a particular emphasis on Gilbert/Chandler/Mesa in the East Valley.
During his career, Justin has earned some of RE/MAX's highest honors, including the Circle of Legends Award, Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award, Titan Club and Chairman's Club. At the time Justin received the Circle of Legends Award, only 11 other Arizona agents had earned the honor. Earlier in his career, REALTOR® Magazine selected Justin nationally for its prestigious 30 Under 30, recognizing some of the country's top rising real estate professionals under age 30. (He's considerably older than 30 now).

Real estate is a major part of Justin's life, but certainly not the only part. He lives in Gilbert with his wife, Kari, and their four children, Caleb, Gunner, Bree and Bode. Justin has spent years serving and mentoring youth through his church and is passionate about supporting Sharing Down Syndrome of Arizona, an organization especially meaningful to the Cook family because their oldest son, Caleb, was born with Down syndrome. Justin and Kari like to say they think of it more as “Up syndrome” because of the tremendous joy Caleb has brought to their family.
A lifelong Arizona sports fan, Justin cheers for the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals and his ASU Sun Devils. He loves playing pickleball, spending time outdoors, heading to the lake or beach, and—most importantly—supporting his children in their activities.
