Justin Elam

Justin was born and raised here locally in Statesville, Iredell County and has resided here his entire life. He graduated from North Iredell High School in 2000 and went on to Mitchell Community College where he earned an Associates Degree in Computer Programming and Computer Information Systems. In 2003, he went to work for a modular building company in sales and soon realized his passion for the housing industry. He obtained his real estate license in June of 2005 and came to Tarheel Realty II in 2007. He has obtained his brokerage license and Accredited Buyer Representative since being with the firm. Justin’s extraordinary knowledge of the buyer’s market and foreclosure market is what makes him such a phenomenal agent.
