Justin Ferullo is an excellent realtor with outstanding internet marketing skills. He is able to reach out to a much wider audience of buyers nationwide than any average local realtor. His enthusiasm and positivity demonstrates the drive needed for a successful sale. We had a showing before the open house that resulted in house being sold quickly and having to cancel the open house event. He also assisted in finding a realtor at our target location and they carried us through the purchasing process successfully. Justin is a very good communicator and advisor through the entire transaction. The sale, closing and search for a new property was executed timely and smoothly and exceeded our expectation. He was also able to negotiate a 60 day exit period with the buyer of our previous home. Such a length of time for moving out is not common. Justin sale success rate is high and we are happy we had Justin as our realtor. Tony & Donna

Great agent! I called him out of the blue on a property, explained my *very complicated* situation and he didn't even bat an eye and was willing to help me and my grandma through our transition to home owners. He pointed us in the right direction for a lender and now we start our pre-qualification journey. Once that is wrapped up, I know he'll be going to bat to get us the perfect house.
