Justin is also the owner of Focus Appraisal Corporation with his sister Shannon. Justin started in the appraisal business 10 years ago. His father Bob Gaul who was both an appraiser and realtor for 25 years was his mentor in both appraising and real estate. Being born into the business, a passion for the industry was instilled into Justin at an early age. Being an appraiser gives Justin’s clients an advantage when it comes to price points and negotiating in the marketplace.
