If you’re looking for someone to truly help, Justin is that individual.

I didn’t choose Justin, but when I started my home search I was lucky enough and fortunate enough to be paired with him.

Every little question - he will answer. You call him - he will pick up. You have an idea - he is game.

We were shown some lovely homes by Justin that were just outside our budget with how interest rates were rising. I made an off the side remark about wishing I could just assume someone’s loan with a better rate…the next day - not joking - he called me up and said he found our home - with an assumable mortgage. We put an offer in and we got that home.

But that’s not it. He didn’t stop doing things for me. Assuming a loan is difficult and apparently few succeed. Justin made sure every document was sent, he made update phone calls to the mortgage company and to the sellers agent, he found my home inspector - all the things that would make a first time home buyer crawl into a corner and hide - Justin took care of.

I can’t recommend Justin more. I really can’t. He took the impossible and made it happen. He found a unicorn home for us and made the whole process manageable.

Please, if you’re looking for a realtor, choose Justin. He will work with, for, and along side you. He will answer your calls - actually pick his phone up. He will text and email updates.

Best luck I’ve ever had was getting on Zillow and being paired with this man.

I have chosen to use Justin Johnson as my realtor for the last few purchases and sells of homes. Justin made each purchase and selling process very easy and comfortable for me and my family. He is a very seasoned and knowledgeable realtor and will fight for you throughout the entire process. I have worked with several realtors especially in my field of work. Justin Johnson has been one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of working with. One big thing in business is finding some one who picks up the phone. He works for you, gives you suggestions out side the box and will fight to get you what you want. My wife really wanted the house we purchased and we went back and forth with the seller four months. My wife was able to get the house she loved with the room we needed for our family to grow. I would definitely recommend him to any one of my clients. If your looking to buy or sell you would be in good hands.
