Justin was awesome! He answered all my questions and concerns honestly & quickly. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. My husband and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Justin who was amazing to work with. We had no idea what we were doing and Justin was able to lay out the process for us in a very easy to understand way, we felt like he was a partner with us through the entire process. In a competitive market Justin was able to understand our wants and needs as well as where we were willing to make compromises.

We were able to view a property that peaked our interests often within hours of the property being listed which gave us an advantage when wanting to place an offer. When we started to become discouraged Justin encouraged us to keep going. He was very patient with us as first time home buyers who had no idea what we were doing. Once we were under contract he kept in contact with us every few days, which kept our minds at ease.

Justin was professional, kind, attentive and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed, and always got back to us in a timely manner. We truly felt like we had a friend/partner throughout our house buying process and would highly recommend him to anyone who is starting think about either buying or selling their home in the greater Phoenix area.
