Justin Legowski

A Farmington native, I have intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to share what makes Hartford County so enticing. The Loomis Chaffee School challenged my thinking while broadening my world view, and such education was furthered at Middlebury College where I majored in Economics. Following school, my focus turned to accounting in the form of family business. Having grown up immersed in a small business environment, my transactions are built on communication, dedication, and transparency. I leverage a near lifetime of experience in putting clients first to provide a top notch experience in which no stone is left unturned. Combining my passion for real estate, with my accounting and tax experience, allows me to be efficient in areas including market analysis, strategic pricing, and negotiation. While real estate is not a passion I turn off, I enjoy spending time at the beach with or without a great book, watching the Bruins, Red Sox, or Uconn Huskies, and volunteering time to a variety of charitable causes.
