As the founder and broker of New Monarch Realty, Jay Lindberg has negotiated on behalf of hundreds of commercial real estate clients across Missouri and represented both buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar property transactions.

Jay has represented national corporations in the acquisition and disposition of real estate and represented the interests of both landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations, and helped drive investment in the region by bringing out-of-state investors to participate in the growing St. Louis real estate industry.

In addition, Jay has negotiated and presented to city planners, planning and zoning commissions, and local government to influence zoning changes for specific land use; hotel, industrial, and mixed use developments. Jay has played a major role in coordinating with state and local zoning officials to create legislation and influence zoning rules for the newly legalized medical marijuana industry within the State of Missouri.

Jay is also an active investor and developer with property holdings across the St. Louis area.
