If you are looking for a good realtor, who looks out for your best interest, look no further. Justin is your realtor. You will be in good hands.

Justin was recommended to us by his previous manager at Coldwell Banker Island Properties. Justin assisted us purchasing our home four years ago. It was an easy transaction as it was an all cash purchase.

This time, Justin assisted us selling our property since we decided not to retire to Kihei after all. As well as take advantage of this crazy market on Maui.

Since we are out of state absentee owners, we totally relied on Justin to get our property ready before going on the market. Justin took over from our property manager and contacted various vendors to make our property presentable. Justin repeatedly told us he would make us proud of our property and obtain the highest and best offer. Before, during and after Christmas/New Year holiday, it was difficult to find vendors. Justin did everything for us. He treated our property as if it was his own. His recommendations were exactly the same as if we were there deciding for ourselves. In four weeks, everything was completed.

We received numerous offers and accepted an offer with the best terms and highest price. Justin kept us abreast of all events throughout the entire process. Even with a loan contingency, escrow closed in 35 days.

Justin was an absolutely incredible realtor from day 1 and I would strongly recommend him. He was very professional, responsive, kind, generous and a very positive person. He always responded to any questions I had or any communication I sent him within the hour, and always kept his word. Responsiveness is so important with a realtor and a telltale sign of efficiency. He came highly recommended and it was evident why during our first interaction. The home buying experience can be very daunting at times, so having an uplifting realtor in your corner really pays off at the end of the day. Justin was amazing through the entire searching/buying process! Super easy going but quick when new houses came onto the market to schedule viewings! I have a wife and two kids so it’s always a struggle to combine our schedules to make time but Justin always could fit in our timelines no matter what.
Paperwork for every house in hand when we viewed and follow up emails often which we appreciate to keep us organized. When we finally found our dream house and began the bidding process he made sure we had every detail necessary to make a strong offer.

Contacted Justin in October about listing our condo which we wanted to close in Jan. 2020. He had contacted us 4 years earlier by
Letter introducing himself. I was impressed by his letter and decided to keep it and call him when we were ready. His help and assistance were immeasurable. We listed our property with him. We didn’t live on the island and so had no idea what prices were. We told him to check our unit and he sent pictures and recommended a fair price to set. Within 1 month we had about 6-8 offers. He was constantly in touch with us during the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Best thing I ever did was keep his letter.
