Justin took the time at the onset to learn more about what we want and what’s important to us in a home/neighborhood before offering his recommendations. We worked with Justin and his associates to search for and purchase our first home. Justin, and the team supporting him, were so professional and on top of things, making sure that everything kept moving and advocating for us every step of the way.

We were able to find our ideal home and get it under asking, even in a seller’s market. Things were moved along at a quick pace and we were never really stressed in that process due to the support we were given.

Justin is a very thoughtful real estate agent. He was referred to me by the agent selling my existing home, Jordan Terrell.

Justin showed me homes in several areas to help me hone in on the right neighborhood and building for me. There were several long days spanning 4 unique neighborhoods and up to as many as 20 properties to see in one day. He remained flexible as neighborhoods and buildings were eliminated from contention. He was not just respectful to me but also to the sellers and their agents. He made sure to ask me about each property so he could leave feedback for the sellers. And, when we would eliminate a neighborhood or building, he would make sure to cancel the remaining appointment so the sellers weren’t left hanging.

When the sale of my home stalled I decided to table my search for about 6 months. I’m sure that was very disappointing for Justin but he never let on. He remained cheerful, supportive, and available. When my house finally did sell we started the search back up and found the perfect place in one day and closed within 30 days.

I highly recommend Justin. He weathered the ups and downs of the crazy COVID year with tremendous grace. The Jordan Terrell Group is lucky to have him!

I recently moved to CO and didn't have any connections in the area. When I started my home search, I met with whatever agent responded to the 'request info' button on home search websites. I met with 4 total, but had to stick with Justin. He understood what I was telling him I was looking for and recommended some great spots. Any question I had that he could not rattle off the answer to, he looked it up and got back to me much quicker than I expected. He told me weeks in advance about his fathers day weekend trip to the mountains, but I found a place and he made a trip into town to get wifi and help me put in an offer on a house. We got beat out, but a week later we found a place late night, and he woke up at 6 AM so we could revise an put in another offer. If I buy another house in Colorado, 10/10 would call him back and continue the search!
