Justin Mullarkey

Since 2007, Justin has brokered and completed in excess of $250 million in transactions by representing sellers and buyers of commercial real estate, providing tenant representation, and through the leasing of retail, industrial and office properties throughout North Carolina. Justin earned the CCIM designation in October of 2012 and is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Realtors Commercial Alliance of NC, and CoStar
Prior to co-founding Mullarkey Real Estate Group, Inc., Justin was the director of site acquisitions for a large quick-service restaurant chain where he was responsible for researching and developing new locations, as well as portfolio management throughout Eastern North Carolina and Central Virginia. Today, Justin is a “go to” resource for companies such as Dollar General, Fresenius Medical Care, First Citizens Bank and Grover Gaming.
As his career has continued to mature, Justin has real estate holdings throughout NC in industrial, flex, office, retail and multifamily.
Justin is a proud graduate of East Carolina University and is currently serving his second term on the ECU Board of Visitors. Formerly he served on the ECU Board of Trustees (Ex Offico), Habitat for Humanity (board member), and The City of Greenville New Horizons Committee as well as the Board of Adjustments (Chairman, 2017) and serves on the committee for the ENC Alliance.
