bought a cheap property out of tax forfeiture many many years ago, recently got paffrath to help sell. it was a deferred maintenance home & not a big sale. paffrath had the foresight to work with a title company up front and discovered some title issues. paffrath worked hard to help locate a previous owner and even took a day of his own time to drive over two hours to obtain and notarize a quit claim deed needed to sell. paffrath went over and above his duties and we would recommend him to anyone buying or selling property at any price... thnks

Awesome is simply the best term I can think of for Justin and Angela. We chose Justin and Angela for both selling and purchasing our new home. Recommended list price that Justin gave was pretty much the number of our sale. The buying process was unique because we ended up purchasing a house that was not on the market. My wife and I had pretty much given up on our dreams of acreage because of higher priorities. Yet Justin and Angela found us acreage and a home checks all of our boxes with a couple of bonus features. Purchasing a home not on the market is a little different but they brought us through it beautifully.

Moving is stressful. What you want is someone that approaches each challenge in a way that decreases stress. The team of Justin and Angela did just that for us.

We are very very happy with the process and the results. Highly recommend Justin and Angela!
