Justin is knowledgeable about every milestone in the realty industry. From the very welcoming and warm first phone call, to meeting in person to go over how he could help me, to meeting his full team, made me realize he was going to be what’s separates me with buying a house in this crazy market. When it came to putting in the offer, he truly DID make the difference. Not only with his excellent communication skills, but knowing how to make our offer stand out amongst them all. Even after the acceptance, he was always just a quick call away to make sure all of my questions were answered. Justin truly made my first home buying experience easier then I ever imagined. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Excellent realtor
Justin and his wife, Alicia, were absolutely wonderful. We worked with them for 5 months and not only did he help us find a home, he also helped us find a rental in the mean time. We moved here from out of state and needed a place to stay. They new the importance of finding a home but also understood that we didn’t want just any house. They were both extremely patient with us and helped the entire way. Hopefully we won’t need a realtor for a LONG time but if we do, they would be the first ones we contact. Great experience but also amazing people. We are very very grateful for them and their support of our sick son. Cannot thank them enough!

Justin knows the current market well and what you need to do to sell your home quickly. He was easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions. Honest, extremely helpful, and responsive!

Justin started right out of the gate as a tenacious go-getter that was on the lookout for a great house for my wife and I. The speed at which he moved to get us out to see a house, get an offer on the table, and ultimately close on a great house was amazing! Justin was straight forward with us from the start about the state of the current housing market. Houses were moving fast, and we needed to move fast with it. He worked long hours to answer our questions, respond to texts, and even supported a virtual tour of a house via FaceTime! Justin was with us throughout the whole process. And I really felt he was genuine and honest with us; he told us the truth, even if it was hard to hear. I really appreciated that about him. I know we hired Justin to help us find a house, but after it was all said and done, he felt much more than "our realtor". He was a trusted friend we could call if we needed any help navigating this crazy housing market. He gave us great peace of mind for these first-time home buyers. If you need a realtor, hire Justin IMMEDIATELY!

Omg !!!! How do I start with the confidence -trust-love and appreciation I have for the Perry Home Team!!!! Let’s just say they have successfully navigated us through (under difficult circumstances in a crazy market and world) over SEVEN positive experiences in the past 3 years. If you want your DREAM house you could never find -need to sell your parents house QUICK -want to set your kids up RIGHT - need to move your sister CLOSE - might want to DABBLE in a fixer-upper look no further as they really do it ALL! I have been in the new home business for nearly 20 years and have done transactions with hundreds of Realtors over the years. When it came time to sell my personal home, I knew from my experience in the industry that Justin and his team were the best option for us. HIs marketing plan was spot on, and he had the ability to reach pools of buyers using the best and latest technology available. HIs Plan was executed flawlessly. We ended up selling our home for more than we had anticipated very quickly. When it comes to finding a Realtor, there are so many to choose. My advice would be to select someone with an experienced team, like Realty One Group New Horizons, that only operates with transparency, not the one that tells you what you want to hear to try and get your business. 5 stars for Perrey Home Team.
