I had a lot of requirements for my new house since I have a family member who is handicapped and bed bound and the house need to be accommodated for him as well. Justin guided me, taught me so much about houses and gave me a lot of ideas for my family member. He was really patient and thoughtful of our needs. When we finally found the house that fitted all of our need Justin and his Dad Lee help me with the appraisal the closing and a bunch of stuff that I wouldn’t be able to do by myself. My wife and I worked with Lee Smith of Top Team Relators to find our home. Throughout the whole process of house hunting and closing, Lee was amazing. As houses popped onto the market, we texted the addresses to Lee and asked to see them. He scheduled the showings for the same day or next day. During the showings, he never made us feel pressured into putting offers on houses we didn't totally love. He was very understanding of our types of houses we were interested in as well as our price range. As we placed offers on houses, he made recommendations to make our offers stand out in this competitive market but again never pressured us into going above our budget. Once our offer was finally accepted, Lee continued to stay in contact with us throughout the whole process of closing. From the moment we met Lee, we “clicked”. He made the home buying process pretty effortless. Within 35 days of meeting him, we were closing on our new home.

Of course, listing with Lee and Justin was a no-brainer. (Lee and I were BFFs by then.). During our consultation, they showed us the numbers and explained their marketing campaign. Smith Top Team is definitely the best option in the area. Not only were they able to sell Dad's house in New Cumberland in less than a month, but they got top price and are excellent negotiators. They are also very good with helping sellers prepare their homes for sale, with lots of good advice on cleaning and which items to remove and which ones to leave for the future owner. From the communications standpoint, they also excel -- very high tech and we did business easily, even though I live a couple thousand miles away. Great experience and highly recommended.

The Smith's are the best of the best. We gave them a very broad range of what we wanted in a home. Either move in ready or something we can fix up....so basically every house on the MLS, ha ha. We looked at many houses but they were always missing something. They never gave up and endlessly search for us. They found a house and saw our vision of what we wanted. I didn't even really see it at first but the trust we had in them led us to place an offer. We had many bumps in the road in closing on the sellers end but they were with us till the end making it feel painless. Now we can not imagine living anywhere else. I chose Lee & Justin after having a bad experience with my previous realtor. The listing on my property had expired and I didn’t so much as have one offer. Lee and Justin came to my office and showed me the listing had several errors in it and the listing price was too high. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear.
All through the listing process and while the property was on the market I would receive weekly phone calls from Justin advising me of the showings and the results. Even on the weeks where nothing happened, Justin was always reassuring and confident we would move the property. Once I received an offer Lee took over and was crucial to finally closing the sale. The only regret I have is that I didn’t list with them in the first place.
I was very pleased with the results and would recommend Lee & Justin to anyone attempting to sell a property. Professional from start to closing.
