I am a retired real estate agent with many years of experience, but have never worked the resale market in Arizona. In Justin, I found sincerity, honesty, and a strong work ethic, which is especially required in this line of work, so I then hired Justin to sell my current home and help me finalize details on my new build.

The market, then, was very different from what it is today. It took considerable effort to get the job done. He was in touch every few days, kept me posted on showings, market changes, and competing comparable homes for sale and sold.
He encouraged me to put my home on the local MLS tour. Within a few days of the tour, we received an offer, then negotiated a cash sale.

Justin then guided me through both sides of the transactions and I was able to close both homes on the same day seamlessly.

Justin did a phenomenal job for me and I would highly recommend him over and over again.

I was referred to Justin thru a friend of a friend so I was sceptical at first. After the first meeting my skepticism quickly turned to complete confidence. He was very professional throughout the whole process. He knew the right question to ask in order to get to know my likes and dislikes. That combined with his knowledge of all the unique neighborhoods within the Phoenix metro area I am now 6 months in my forever home and I couldnt be happier.

My wife and I recently helped our daughter purchase her first home. We selected Justin as our real estate agent as he represented us on other sales we had in the past. We have worked with other agents but Justin made our experiences so easy and memorable, going the extra mile and putting in the extra time, going above and beyond the call. He communicated with us every step of the transaction right to the end. He got us a loan officer that got us a very competitive interest rate and worked hard to get the loan approved.
There are many real estate agents out there but we believe that no one will work as hard as Justin did for us, keeping our best interest in mind.
