Justine is the quintessential professional realtor and home stager all-in-one. Prior to putting my home on the market, Justine was brilliant about quickly determining what to move and what to keep to make my house look most pleasing to the public for sale. She gave just the right advice about the addition of small accessories that would make the home POP in pictures. As a realtor, Justine comes with over 15 years of real estate experience. She has a very good eye and is an excellent negotiator. After staging, we listed the property and had a written offer within 48 hours. Unfortunately, these buyers backed out but this did not deter Justine. She put it back on the market and we had a second and final offer with the first open house. Justine is the real deal and will truly dedicate her full attention and go above and beyond both on the buying and selling side.

Working with justine was amazing. Her working knowledge of the market as well a her suggestions for improvements for enahancing the market value of the property we were selling was spot on! As a result of my recent experience with Justine, our corporate entity, Delarosa Asset Management LLC has retained Justine as the exclusive realtor for our 17 unit Dairy Loft scondominium project in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia. We are also utilizing Justine's creativity and abilty to create a warm and inviting ambiance to the living space of the individual Dairy Lofts, units.
