My listings are featured on websites like Zillow, Homes.com, Realtor.com, Trulia, etc. I possess many years of corporate marketing experience, and and confidently know that my work on the front end will produce solid showing activity and a sale. My skills include thorough knowledge of neighborhoods, builders, developers, construction, communities, top notch photographers, stagers, and strong negotiating. Selling a home for a good price should involve much more than reviewing, "the comps." My follow through is excellent and I communicate with my clients consistently through text, FaceTime, telephone, and email.
