Simply the Best. K.C. and Rob helped me find success through absolute catastrophe. When my 7 year relationship sputtered to a sudden stop, my ex insisted I remain at her property while she moved out to live in the country. Fast forward two months, the story reversed, and I had to move quickly.

K.C. was the listing agent on a target property that didn't work out, but was such a marvel that I was determined to have her help to find and purchase another. I secured her and Rob and the rest is history.

In (truly) record time, we identified an ideal location, handled inspections, due diligence, financing, and the labyrinth of purchasing from a relocation company. I mean it when I say without K.C. this purchase would not have been successful and Lord knows where I'd be.

Moving to Gainesville with zero knowledge of the area, we relied on her and her team to guide us every step of the way. They listen and take all of your input into consideration. Moving in the peak of the real estate craziness, I was hesitant that we would find a place to live. Not only did we find our new home, but we did so during a whirlwind of a weekend visit. They spent much of their weekend with me driving around, showing me different areas of town, getting into homes to see what we liked, going back twice in some instances, making calls, etc. I appreciated her approach to know when to ask more questions, when to question something that didn't seem right, and when to stop and think. They understand that, although buying/selling homes is an everyday thing for them-- for their clients, it's one of the most important decisions of their lives. They patiently answered all of my questions. And then over again, when I forgot what they said, weeks later. They made sure I knew what was coming next, what to expect, what I should be working on in the meantime... They were available weekends and evenings, by phone, text, or email. KC is a talented professional and a caring agent who provided truly stellar service in one of the most challenging situations for a real estate transaction — we (sellers) were selling my mom’s home from out of town!! None of us lived locally and after my mom moved out of state we needed to sell her home remotely (a daunting task!). Fortunately, one of my mom’s FL friends, who had recently sold their home through KC, recommended her highly to us (and we are so glad they did). First I contacted KC and we had a video chat to explain our needs and hear about her experience and approach to selling. After that KC took on ALL the challenges of a remote sale — she literally became an extension of the family — and came through every single time (she never let us down once). KC kept us all fully informed every step of the way. She provided helpful guidance as we were considering what did and didn’t need to be addressed in preparing the home prior to the sale. KC contacted local businesses when we needed estimates. And she filled in the gaps when something didn’t go right. For example, we paid to have the house cleaned, but not everything we asked for was done. And that was a real problem as the photographer was coming the next day. KC took it upon herself, without us even asking, to do the additional work of cleaning so that the house was showroom ready for photos. That’s just one example of the many ways that KC went above-and-beyond in supporting us through the sale of the home. She provided helpful, clear guidance at every step (preparation, pricing, seller-to-buyer interactions) and we learned to trust her judgement. Signing documents electronically was simple. She had contacts with local photographers and attorneys who kept up to the high bar of excellent service that KC set.
