In this role, I get to experience her expertise with sellers first hand as she guides them with five star professionalism, astounding patience, clear and concise communication, the most up to date knowledge in the market, graceful leadership, extremely consistent systems across her entire business as well as her high quality marketing requirements. To top it all off Jennifer has the sweetest personality that also always knows exactly how to get things done efficiently and effectively! I don't know how she does it all, but she does it all so well and with the highest level of service at all times!

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer when we purchased an investment property/STR. We purchased sight-unseen, having never visited Saint Augustine prior, and the entire process was A+ thanks to her expertise. She went above and beyond, always maintained clear & consistent communications throughout the process, and was such a team player. From attending all inspections personally to smart negotiations and even the trips to the house just to take measurements for us…I can’t imagine how we would have done it all without her. The entire process took 30 DAYS, and that started with her advising us where to even begin looking. Not once was I stressed and this was my first experience buying a house ever. Doesn’t get any better than that!

We purchased our home from more than 1,000 miles away, and Jennifer was the perfect agent to assist us. She was thorough, patient, and responsive as well as being an excellent judge of what home and neighborhood would work best for us. We were most impressed with her honesty and integrity- with Jennifer there was never any question that she was acting ethically and in our best interest, not simply chasing a sale. I’d say we’d be using her as our agent again in the future, but our new home is a wonderful fit (so we’ll have to settle for recommending her to everyone else)!

Our daughter and son-in-law had used Jennifer Cook to sell their house in a difficult market and buy their dream home in a perfect location so they highly recommended her! We too found Jennifer to be the perfect agent for our needs! Her professionalism was immediately apparent, helping us painlessly navigate the paperwork. She thoroughly explained requirements and legalities, quickly returned calls when more research was needed, and never failed to follow through on any requests we had made. Jennifer even checked the property personally before the listing pictures were taken to make sure the property was shown at its best! Being a first time home buyer, I really didn’t know what to expect from a realtor while going g through the experience. All I can really say is that Jennifer made the nerve racking process amazingly smooth.

She was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and all around amazing. I truly felt like I was her only client any time I had a question, worry, or need.

From touring houses, setting contracts, and the final signing Jennifer was there and had my back. I never felt like anything was lacking and I never felt lost or alone in the process.

Jennifer is like the fairy godmother you didn’t even know you needed. I suspect most of her clients will feel like they are the pampered client of a small BOO-tique firm (and yes, that bad Disney pun was intended). Jennifer walked into a bad situation with me because I was selling my father’s house after his unexpected death and it was not in the best condition (nor was I). I also did not live in Florida. But in our time of need, Jennifer was a constant source of comfort and action. She took care of details great and small, including (but not limited to): being proactive about small details we should fix ahead of time, shopping for a cute wreath for the front door and picking out adorable hand towels and soaps for the bathrooms.

Further, after our discussions with her, it was clear that she’d done her homework and researched all the information needed to determine an appropriate listing price for the house at the price point we felt most comfortable with. It was not about her but about what OUR needs were, as the clients.

Now - this does not mean she is a TOTAL miracle worker. I am very confident that I had to do something during this whole process but Jennifer made the whole thing so effortless that I barely remember doing anything at all! And that magic is worth every penny.
