Kade was born and raised in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and has deep family roots in West Texas and Bryan-College Station. He has a vast network and as a part of The Upham Group he has expanded his network of landowners, lenders, attorneys, entrepreneurs, and other influential businesspeople through shared passions for agriculture, fishing, and the great outdoors.
Kade attended school in Boerne, Texas and his love of fishing and leadership led him to start the Boerne High School Bass Club. He also participated in 4-H and FFA and showed market goats. After graduating from Boerne High School in 2019, Kade pursued a degree in Ag Leadership & Development with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Kade joined the Texas A&M Aggie Anglers and Beta Theta Phi Fraternity (also known as Aggie Cowboys). He is now a senior and will graduate from Texas A&M in December of 2023.
