Kadi Brown is Co-Owner and a Licensed Broker at The Group. With over 15 years of experience, she is well-versed in relocation, luxury home sales, and general residential resale. In recent years she has transitioned primarily into new home sales bridging the communication gap between builders and new homebuyers. Kadi believes in being professional, organized, and efficient, yet maintains an element of fun with her clients and colleagues.

Kadi is a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, loves supporting local organizations and events, and is passionate about the continued growth of the city. She currently resides in North Chattanooga with her husband, Andy, and their two sons, Roman and Van.
