Kaelan was a FANTASTIC realtor to work with! I was moving to Nashville from out of state, and he was incredibly patient with me and knowledgeable about the Nashville metro area. Kaelan provided top-quality service and was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs. He frequently would respond to my messages/emails within 5-10 minutes--even late at night and early in the morning! This was especially helpful in Nashville's competitive housing market. When my dream house popped up on the market, Kaelan immediately scheduled the soonest possible appointment to check it out. When putting in an offer on the home, Kaelan kept my best interests in mind and walked me through the process patiently and confidently. Our offer was accepted, and I have no doubt that Kaelan's knowledge and expertise was a huge factor in making that happen. Never once did I doubt using him as my real estate agent, and I give him my absolute highest recommendation.
