Kai is knowledgeable in selling real estate and it showed in how she handled ever obstacle to arose. She handled all communication from the buyer, only bringing me in when necessary. I just observed a review that Edward Levasseur posted. I am extremely confused as to how a Professional Real Estate Broker can go from getting 5 (FIVE) stars to getting this rating of 1 star from Edward. Her history of professionalism and positive ratings makes me question Edward's motives. BTW, to be transparent, I have been exposed to Edward's poor attitude, foul language and outright disrespect. When this person didn't hear what he WANTED to hear, he would act like a spoiled little child.
Just my 2 cents in this day and age of a coin shortage.
