This is a cut throat industry for agents but when you get to work with a co-broke like yourself it takes away a lot of the stress. To sell my house at the right price, and in a short time range, been headache for me for years due to the nature of my work. But with Kaili Boddie as my buyer, I got the price I need for the house, the first day the house was inspected. Also the house was closed within three weeks. I will say within 3 weeks from day of 1 st inspection to closing the house, I got my full check payment for my house.
