Kaitlin has built her real estate career around guiding clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence—whether they are feeling excited, nervous, or overwhelmed. She is deeply committed to helping people navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives with care, clarity, and trust.

A native of upstate New York, Kaitlin’s love for New England and the city of Boston began nearly two decades ago when she attended the College of the Holy Cross. After more than ten years living in Charlestown, she recently relocated to Milton with her husband and three young children. She feels incredibly fortunate to call the Boston area home and brings both local insight and personal perspective to her work.

As a member of the Goodrich Team, Kaitlin has spent over a decade working under Ethan’s leadership, where she developed valuable strategies and market knowledge to serve a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned sellers.
