Kaitlin Leary

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, and being a second-generation Realtor, Kaitlin has the experience and local knowledge to help clients make the best possible real estate decisions.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, Kaitlin began working in the oil and gas industry. A few years into that career, she decided to get her real estate license in 2020.

Her hard work, charisma, desire to learn, and true passion for this industry helped her land her current position as Ashley’s assistant in July 2021. Kaitlin works closely with Ashley and The Jeaneen Pruitt Team throughout your transactions to help ensure a smooth process.

Kaitlin is a member of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors.

She is also a member of the Young Professionals Network and serves her community through The Junior League of Midland. If Kaitlin is not out showing properties, she can be found playing with her two dogs, Liv and Louis, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and immersing herself in the local culture.
