My wife and I are extremely thankful for the way that Kaitlyn helped us transition from the Pittsburgh area to beautiful Lake Frederick, Virginia. What an amazing person! We were having problems selling our house, so we had to switch to Kaitlyn from our other realtor, whom we loved as well! Our house had sit for a couple months and just didn’t sell. She came in with her expert opinions, great design ideas, extremely professional crew, outstanding optimistic attitude and finally got our house sold! She made every step seem less and less burdensome on us. Little did we know that we would gain a friend, not just someone selling our house. She doesn't hesitate to do whatever is necessary to ease your mind, answer your phone call or text, meet you somewhere, answer all of your questions, help you find someone to help with lending, home inspection, etc, she takes the time to get to know you and it all makes a difference.
