It was great luck for us that we met Kaitlyn.

My wife and I met her at a celebration dinner in San Francisco. At the time we were beginning to look for a second home in the Bay area, as we currently live in Sacramento. From our conversation with her, we both felt Kaitlyn was a warm and caring person. She made an impression.

Weeks later, when we identified a potential property, we immediately thought of her, as we remembered she is a realtor. With her help, we were able to make that first offer. She was responsive and diligent to help us through that first process. When that deal fell through,without hesitation we asked her to help us as we kept looking.

Kaitlyn accompanied my wife as they together looked at other properties. They had a ball. Kaitlyn was organized attentive and thoughtful. Quickly they identified another property. Kaitlyn then worked with us to figure out the most appropriate offer to make based on market analysis, need for contingencies, and our risk tolerance. Based on her workweek, we submitted a winning bid. We closed within a month!!

Kaitlyn was on top of her game on a daily basis, ensuring the process moved along. Honestly, I am a tough critic. While early in her promising realtor career, Kaitlyn addressed every tough and possibly annoying question of mine with grace and aplomb. We would definitely recommend her for your deal.
