Born and raised on Long Island, Kaitlynn has vast knowledge and a wide understanding of real estate, spanning from Brooklyn to Montauk. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance, Kaitlynn possesses the ultimate combination of creativity and business acumen. Kaitlynn’s background in financial budgeting allows her to serve and guide her clients far beyond the closing table. Her proficiency in finance enables her to serve clients through informative decision-making strategies, providing them the necessary tools to meet their real estate-related goals. A former USA gymnast, Kaitlynn approaches negotiations with the same competitive flare that she later mastered in business school.
