Good Day, I just relocated from Bermuda to Delaware. I've never had a realtor go out of their way to insure my wife and I were totally satisfied with our process. Kaity goes above and beyond and it's rare to find ppl like this these days. She is exactly what anyone in our position would want and need. Kaity was awesome overall throughout the process of finding a rental property and even after I had found something. She was very available whenever I had any questions, sent lots of potential options, was open to being flexible, and provided lots of honest input. Even when I had issues with the property I signed a lease for a couple of weeks after signing it, once Kaity found out about those issues she made sure they got resolved very quickly. I would definitely use Kaity again if I needed a realtor in the area and would certainly recommend her to a friend!

I do not know where to begin with how amazing Kaity has been. She was such a huge help with every step of my process when finding a rental. The initial property I went to view was not what I was looking for but she continued to go out of her way and send me places. I live out of state and she was very accommodating and resourceful with the entire process. I would HIGLY recommend her to anyone who ask. Kaity Huff reached out to me about an inquiry I made looking for local rental homes.

She talked to me about my needs, wants, move in dates and wiggle room for all of these things. She is super friendly and worked fast to get listings over to me.

After some discussion, I think she had a great vision of what we were looking for. She definitely pays attention to the room, which gives a better customer experience.

My daughter and I met her one morning for a marathon of showings. She's definitely a trooper. Knowing we needed to move quickly, she'd set up basically a circuit of homes that fit our needs and even some that were out of the box... homes we wouldn't have even thought to search for, but were great finds. That's just how good she is. 🤷🏽‍♀️

As soon as new rentals came available, she got in contact to inform us. Soon enough, we actually selected one of her out of the box picks. Her dedication and determination to get us into a home blew me away and I can't thank her enough.

We're getting unpacked and settling into our new home now, thanks to Kaity Huff.

I'm recommending her to everyone. She took so much stress off of this process that can be very hard. Just fantastic.
